Become a Real Estate Salesperson
Please kindly note that all applicants need to first meet the following requirements before you can register to become a real estate salesperson in Singapore .
YOU MUST BE:
Singapore Citizens OR Singapore PR.
At least 21 years old of age.
Possess at least 4 GCE ‘O’ Level passes.
YOU MUST NOT BE:
An undischarged bankrupt.
Holding any criminal records of fraud or dishonesty.
Having any records of complaints or convictions.
